Thanks for purchasing our products at www.booscrystals.co.uk operated by Boo’s Crystals and Gifts.

Please ensure you read the full description of the item(s) you are purchasing as we will not refund an item that has been purchased in error.

We will only issue a refund if the product/item is found to be faulty or damaged in any way. Our products are thoroughly checked before despatch, and will be suitably packaged for delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery, or sign to accept with damage.

You must contact us immediately after accepting delivery of the item(s) and provide photographs and an explanation of the damage. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 12 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and packaged accordingly. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.  

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, and you have not contacted us to make us aware of the issue after 12 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for any refund.
