This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.Booscrystals.co.uk.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs - you will be asked to select your chosen shipping method at checkout. You will only be charged for one delivery no matter how many items are purchased.

Order Processing Time - All orders placed will be dispatched within 3 business days of the order being received, however we do our best to despatch all orders as soon as we can, usually the next business day.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be despatched on the next business day.

Delivery Address - Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has been despatched. Please contact us immediately if you have entered the wrong details, we will do our best to rectify this issue, however once despatched cannot be changed. It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.

 We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes, or anywhere outside the United Kingdom.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched - we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
